We want you to be confident when ordering replacement iPhone parts. Please review the return rules below before sending anything back.

๐Ÿ“ฉ How to Request a Return (RMA)

  • Log in to your account and open Order History.
  • Select the item(s) you wish to return and submit a Return Request.
  • Wait for approval. Weโ€™ll email you an RMA number and return instructions.
  • Print and include the return slip / RMA number inside the package.

๐Ÿ“œ Return Conditions

  • Return window: 30 days from delivery confirmation.
  • Items must be unused, in original anti-static or sealed packaging, with all accessories and labels.
  • Products showing installation marks, solder, adhesive removal, bent flex cables, or missing seals are not eligible for refund.
  • Return shipping: Customer pays, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item) or confirmed defect on arrival.

๐Ÿงพ Statutory Right to Cancel (UK & EU Consumers)

Consumers in the UK & EU have a 14-day cooling-off period from delivery for most distance purchases. Items must be unopened and in resaleable condition. Our 30-day policy above extends this goodwill period, but used/installed parts remain excluded.

๐Ÿ›ก๏ธ Warranty & Defective Products

  • 2-year warranty applies to unused spare parts (manufacturing defects only).
  • Installed / fitted parts are not covered once protective films or flexes are removed, due to handling sensitivity.
  • We strongly recommend bench-testing parts before full installation.

โš ๏ธ Dead on Arrival (DOA)

  • If a product arrives damaged or non-functional, notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide clear photos/video showing the issue and the product label.
  • Approved DOA cases receive a replacement or full refund and we cover return shipping.

๐Ÿ”„ Incorrect Item Received

  • Contact us immediately if you receive the wrong item.
  • We will issue a prepaid return label (where available) and dispatch the correct item at no extra cost.

๐Ÿ’ฐ Refunds

  • Refunds are issued within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
  • Funds are returned to your original payment method (processed securely via Revolut Business).
  • Original shipping charges are refunded only if the return is due to our error or a confirmed defect.

๐Ÿ“ฆ Packaging Your Return

  • Use protective packaging (bubble wrap / anti-static bag) to prevent transit damage.
  • Include your RMA number inside the box.
  • Ship using a tracked service; retain proof of postage until your refund is processed.
