By submitting an order, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms in full.

2. Product Availability

While we strive to maintain accurate stock levels, some products may become temporarily unavailable or delayed due to supplier or logistics issues.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are confirmed by email once payment has been successfully received.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unresolved prior issues.
  • All payments must be made at checkout via our secure payment provider, Revolut Business.
  • Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Revolut Pay.
  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1 business day.
  • Estimated delivery time to the UK: 3–6 working days.
  • Delays beyond 7 working days may be eligible for cancellation and refund, excluding exceptional cases.
  • Claims for delivery issues must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Return Period: You may return unused items within 30 days of delivery.
  • Return Conditions: Items must be in original condition, with full packaging and all components.
  • Refund Processing: Refunds are issued within 7 business days of receiving the returned goods.
  • Return Shipping: If the return is not due to our fault, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

6. Warranty

  • Unused spare parts are covered by a 2-year warranty.
  • Used or installed parts are not covered, due to their sensitive nature.
  • We recommend testing all parts before installation.

7. Pricing & VAT

  • All prices are in Pounds Sterling (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and shown before payment is completed.

8. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages, improper use, or installation-related issues.
  • External links provided on our site are not under our control or responsibility.
  • Our total liability is limited to the value of the order in question.

9. Data Privacy

  • Your personal data is processed according to our Privacy Policy and in line with the UK GDPR.
  • You may request access, correction, or deletion of your data at any time.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
